WTEYA Mid-Autumn Notice 2026: Warm Wishes and Holiday Support Plan

As the Mid-Autumn Festival arrives, WTEYA extends warm wishes to every client and colleague — may the full moon bring your family together and may everything go as you wish. Our holiday arrangements are set out below.

Greetings for the Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival is the one night of the year when the moon is at its brightest and families gather. To the clients who have trusted WTEYA with their water projects, and to the teams who keep our workshops and project sites running, we send our sincere thanks and best wishes for the season.

Holiday Schedule: 25 to 27 September

WTEYA offices and the Jingshan smart manufacturing base will be closed for the Mid-Autumn holiday from 25 to 27 September 2026, three days in total, and will resume normal operation on Monday 28 September.

Production at the Jingshan base was re-sequenced ahead of the holiday, so orders already in the plan keep their original schedules.

Project and Emergency Support

Duty engineers remain assigned to active project sites during the holiday, in line with each client’s requirements. Commissioning, maintenance and spare-part requests can be booked in advance through your account manager.

Our service hotline stays open and account managers remain reachable by phone, email and WhatsApp. Should an equipment issue arise over the holiday, contact us directly and we will arrange a response as quickly as possible.

Delivery and Spare Parts

Standard delivery time remains 30 to 60 days and existing production plans are not affected. Orders placed during the holiday will have their delivery counted from 28 September. Spare-part shipments follow holiday logistics, with expedited handling available on request.

WTEYA supplies portable, containerised and solar-powered desalination systems alongside evaporation and membrane-based treatment equipment, drawing on nearly two decades of engineering experience and a nationwide service network.
