Shanghai Chemical Expo 2026: WTEYA's Three Machines Draw Global Interest

ICIF China 2026 has closed its doors at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre — and for WTEYA the show was defined by three machines that visitors simply would not walk past.

A Booth Built Around Working Hardware

Instead of backlit posters we put real equipment on the floor. Being able to point at a tube bundle, run a hand along a weld and talk through a customer's own duty conditions turns a five-minute chat into a genuine engineering discussion.

Machine One: Heat Exchanger for a 5 t/h MVR Evaporator

First on the stand was the heat exchanger serving a 5 t/h MVR evaporator. In a mechanical vapour recompression loop this component determines how much of the recovered latent heat actually returns to the process, which makes tube layout, alloy selection and weld integrity critical.

Machine Two: Mother Liquor Drying Equipment

Crystallisation always leaves a mother liquor behind, and that stream — loaded with residual salts and organics — is usually the most expensive part of a zero liquid discharge project to handle. Our drying unit converts it into a manageable solid and sharply reduces the volume leaving site.

Machine Three: Membrane Skid

The membrane skid sits upstream of the thermal stages, concentrating the feed and pulling out suspended and colloidal solids before they reach the evaporator. The payoff is smaller downstream equipment, slower fouling and lower operating cost.
