Warm Welcome to Korean Clients Visiting WTEYA for Lithium Battery Wastewater Purification

WTEYA was delighted to welcome a delegation from South Korea to our manufacturing base this week. The client specializes in lithium battery wastewater purification projects, and their visit marked another important milestone in our cooperation with international water treatment partners.

The Korean team is an established water treatment specialist serving leading Korean enterprises, including SK, Samsung and LG. Lithium battery production wastewater has become one of its core service areas.

Why Lithium Battery Wastewater Purification Matters

Lithium battery manufacturing generates wastewater streams that carry suspended solids, residual salts and trace metals. Reliable purification is essential for stable production, environmental compliance and water reuse inside the plant, so plant owners look for equipment that keeps recovery rate high while keeping operating cost under control.

During the technical exchange, both teams compared process design, membrane selection and pretreatment strategy — the three factors Korean industrial users examine most carefully before investing.

Inside the WTEYA Production Line

The delegation toured our full production workflow, from raw material inspection and precision machining to assembly, pressure testing and final performance verification. Every unit passes through our in-house testing station under simulated operating conditions before shipment.

Our engineers presented the core technologies behind our equipment, including high-efficiency reverse osmosis membranes, energy recovery devices and intelligent control panels built for simple daily operation.

Technical Discussion: From Wastewater to Reuse

The most valuable part of the visit was the joint technical session. Topics included pretreatment design, membrane fouling control, and how to integrate a water purification system into an existing production site without interrupting daily operations. Both sides also compared how purification and wastewater treatment stages can share one compact footprint on site.

The client also reviewed how WTEYA customizes voltage, interface language and footprint to match local site conditions, so equipment can be commissioned quickly after delivery. Spare parts supply and remote technical support were discussed in detail.

Looking Ahead

The visit concluded with a constructive discussion on equipment supply, pilot testing and long-term service support. Both sides agreed to continue the dialogue and move toward a concrete cooperation plan for the coming projects.
